Key Responsibilities :
- Manage talent acquisition lifecycle posting requisitions on applicant tracking system (ATS) and social media platforms identify and screen qualified applicants identifying best fit share candidate short list with hiring managers schedule interviews create offer letters manage background screen process and initiate onboarding.
- Effectively collaborate with regional business unit (BU) leads to define talent needs and job requirements to fill requisitions in a timely manner.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job scopes compensation targets and candidate profiles.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent and leverage multiple acquisition resources and sourcing techniques.
- Manage candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team during slower hiring cycles helping with onboarding process documentation and ad-hoc HR projects
Qualifications
What Were Looking For :
3-5 years of end-to-end Recruitment Cycle experienceAt least 1 year of recruiting experience within a digital ad agency or similar environment.Proven success hiring for performance marketing and e-commerce roles.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other related social media platforms preferredHigh energy self-starter with advanced Talent Acquisition skills and ability to prioritize competing demandsEffectively interact and communicate with all employee levels management and applicants / candidatesHigh degree of integrity maintain confidential information and exercise discretionWork independently with little or no supervision collaborate with othersImplement new talent acquisition programs and processes with attention to detail and deadlinesComfortable working in a fast-moving globally distributed team.Resourceful and proactive; not above jumping in wherever needed.Nice to Have :
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Paycom experience a plus).Experience hiring across multiple geographies (U.S. Serbia India Brazil).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.What we offer - The Perks
