Closing Shift Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
Available Thursdays through Sundays, 6 PM–4 AMValid Food Handler’s Certification and TABCComfortable working in a hands-on leadership role that includes food prep, cooking, and front counter guest serviceCan consistently lift up to 50 lbs, bend / stoop / reach throughout a shiftDemonstrates tactful, respectful communication with teammates and guestsLeads by example—upholding recipes, plate builds, and service standardsMust-Haves
