Brevan Howard Job Opportunity

The successful candidate is expected to assist with a variety of projects relating to both the global corporate group as well as the external funds managed by Brevan Howard, including BH Digital. The individual will be involved with business initiatives and will work closely with other internal teams at Brevan Howard and external advisers.

Typical projects / responsibilities that the individual will be involved with include the following :

Advisory matters

• BH Digital : Assisting with token analysis, deal analysis, and entity restructurings
• Assist in the structuring of new business ventures ensuring that tax matters are identified and considered in an appropriate and timely manner; and
• Assist with tax research regarding certain U.S. tax matters; and
• Assist with employer compliance matters liaising with external advisors, HR and finance teams.

Essential

University degree, Strong academic record

Relevant accounting / legal qualification

Desirable

Asset management / hedge fund experience

Exposure to corporate, international, and partnership tax matters

Technical / business skills & knowledge

Fund tax experience

Strong Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills

Desirable

Tax research and writing experience
