Our Performance Partner team's purpose is to elevate manager and leader capability in driving a high performance culture while ensuring that the employee experience is centered in compassion and is fair for everyone. The Performance Partner team is part of the People Experience Team within our People & Places organization. The People Experience Team is transforming the employee experience by building AI-assisted digital experiences and elevating the human partnership to provide the best support for the moments that matter. Come join us as we build for the new future of work! This role will report to the Senior Manager of our Performance Partner team. This role has a U.S. case focus with learning opportunities to grow international experience. Candidates should be located near our Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA offices. We have a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.

Responsibilities :

• Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance related matters end-to-end
• Partner with and influence P&P and business stakeholders to recommend the appropriate outcomes that balance the needs of the business and employee experience
• Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contributes to ongoing improvements
• Build capability for managers and employees through casework
• Drive team initiatives and projects and contribute to organizational priorities
• Consistently applies Intuit's policies and standards to situations

Qualifications :

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area California : $122,500 - $165,500 Southern California : $107,500 - $145,500 EOE AA M / F / Vet / Disability.
