Automotive ADAS Calibration Center Manager

Site Lead Roles and Responsibilities :

• Business Development : Actively promote ADAS and diagnostic services to surrounding collision centers, growing the customer base and increasing revenue.
• Operations Management : Manage day-to-day operations of the Calibration Center, including workflow prioritization, staff scheduling, performing calibrations as needed, and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership : Oversee, train, and support Technician(s) at the facility, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Provide hands-on support as needed to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clearly articulating the value of ADAS services, addressing client needs, and building long-term relationships.
• Customer Service : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
• On-site Leadership : This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to operations management, team leadership, and customer interaction.
