About the Position

At Excel Services we are looking for a responsible detail-oriented and positive individual to help keep our facilities clean and provide hospitality to our visitors and team. Your work will help create a comfortable safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

General Responsibilities :

  • Perform cleaning and disinfecting tasks (sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting etc.)
  • Keep areas stocked and presentable
  • Empty trash and handle recycling
  • Support deep cleaning tasks and event setup when needed
  • Report damages issues or low supplies
  • Provide friendly and courteous support to employees and visitors

Schedule

  • 25 to 40 hours per week (part-time or full-time based on agreement)
  • 4 to 8 hours per day within 7 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m.
  • Schedule is negotiable
  • Occasional support for events outside of regular hours (approximately 6 times per year)

    Requirements :

  • No previous experience required but preferred
  • Organized reliable and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
