Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus primarily on sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating a smooth interview process. The ideal candidate is experienced with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter and is comfortable interacting with both candidates and internal hiring leaders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source candidates through online platforms including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other resume databases.
- Review incoming applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate interest, availability, and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across departments.
- Welcome and guide candidates during onsite visits, including providing facility tours.
- Support hiring leaders throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help develop and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and interview scheduling.
Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZipRecruiter.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across various departments.Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.Friendly, professional demeanor, especially when interacting with candidates and guests.
