The Director of Technical Program Delivery will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning software development, cloud enablement, data engineering, and digital modernization. Youll serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, data, and client delivery ensuring solutions are executed with precision, transparency, and measurable impact. This is a leadership role responsible for delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs, driving alignment between business strategy, customer outcomes, and technical execution.

Requirements :

• Lead and oversee multiple concurrent technical programs across SaaS, cloud, and data domains, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
• Define and manage delivery frameworks, governance models, and KPIs to measure program health and performance.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and architecture leads to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technical delivery.
• Oversee system integrations, modernization projects, and platform migrations.
• Anticipate technical and operational risks; drive mitigation strategies proactively.
• Serve as the senior delivery liaison for internal and external stakeholders - ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and escalation handling.
• Represent the company in client program reviews, audits, and performance discussions.
• Maintain alignment between contract performance metrics, business objectives, and customer outcomes.
• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of technical delivery managers and delivery specialists.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability aligned with Commences core values.
• Drive collaboration across delivery, product, engineering, and business operations.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve delivery velocity, predictability, and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage metrics and retrospectives to evolve delivery methodologies (Agile, DevSecOps, SAFe, etc.).
• Identify and implement tools and practices that enhance program visibility and operational efficiency.
