Customer Service Representative
Duties :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish (bilingual / multilingual skills preferred)
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions
- Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience :
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquetteAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and CRM softwareSales experience or the ability to upsell products / services is a plusWe offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
