A reputable Title Company is seeking a highly skilled and provenSenior / Escrow Officerto manage a full-scope pipeline of transactions. This is a critical opportunity that requiresstrong knowledge and experience working on Arizona transactions. The position offers flexibility and can be basedremotelyorin-office.

You will fully own the closing process ensuring seamless timely execution and meticulous accuracy for all parties. The ideal candidate has deep expertise managingboth residential and commercial transactionsspecific to the Arizona market and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Arizona Transaction Expertise : Manage the full end-to-end escrow process for diverseresidential and commercial real estate transactionsspecifically withinArizona.
• Proactively troubleshoot complex transaction issues and ensure strict adherence to all title industry regulations andArizona title procedures and compliance standards.
• Prepare review and finalize all critical closing documents and escrow instructions with meticulous accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders including lenders real estate agents attorneys and clients.
• Maintain meticulous transaction files and records ensuring audit-readiness at all times.
