Join our Risk Innovation Team, where data meets cutting-edge technology to safeguard BILL and our customers. As an Associate Risk Data Scientist, you'll play a foundational role in supporting the team’s mission to identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks crucial to our continued growth. What you'll do :

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to detect fraud, model transaction risk, and improve credit underwriting.
• Analyze and monitor credit portfolios to minimize losses.
• Design experiments to evaluate the impact of data science solutions on user experience.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business partners and executives.
• Proactively identify and address process pain points, providing sustainable and impactful solutions.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes : medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$81,300 — $97,200 USD
