Job description
We are looking for a Front Desk / Operations Agent to serve as our owners’ first point of contact. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the condominium industry, we’d love to meet you. Currently looking for Full Time 8 hour shifts. Health Care allotment and generous Paid Time Off policy!
Shift
Overnight 11pm-7am-40 hoursResponsibilities
Ensure the property is secure at all timesEnsure that only properly authorized individuals gain access to the propertyBe alert and attentive at all timesRequire that visitors and contractors adhere to all condo rulesPatrol the property regularly and report observationsRegister guests when visiting residentsReceiving packages, registering packages in the system and ensuring they are provided to their proper ownerPatrolling the propertyCreate comprehensive reports for daily activity, incidents, and maintenance reports while patrollingAnswering resident inquiries regarding maintenance requestsAbility to de-escalate tense situations effectivelyBasic computer troubleshooting skills (or a willingness to learn)Remain calm headed in emergency situationsSkills
Work experience as a Condo Front Desk / Operations preferredExperience with Building Link Software and general access control system software preferredCustomer service attitudeExcellent communication and organizational skillsKnowledgeable with computersSalary : Based on experience
