Job description

We are looking for a Front Desk / Operations Agent to serve as our owners’ first point of contact. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the condominium industry, we’d love to meet you. Currently looking for Full Time 8 hour shifts. Health Care allotment and generous Paid Time Off policy!

Shift

  • Overnight 11pm-7am-40   hours
  • Responsibilities

  • Ensure the property is secure at all times
  • Ensure that only properly authorized individuals gain access to the property
  • Be alert and attentive at all times
  • Require that visitors and contractors adhere to all condo rules
  • Patrol the property regularly and report observations
  • Register guests when visiting residents
  • Receiving packages, registering packages in the system and ensuring they are provided to their proper owner
  • Patrolling the property
  • Create comprehensive reports for daily activity, incidents, and maintenance reports while patrolling
  • Answering resident inquiries regarding maintenance requests
  • Ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills (or a willingness to learn)
  • Remain calm headed in emergency situations
  • Skills

  • Work experience as a Condo Front Desk / Operations preferred
  • Experience with Building Link Software and general access control system software preferred
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable with computers
  • Salary : Based on experience
