CFO Opportunity

Market making broker dealer is seeking a CFO to join its Finance team. As a key partner to the Group CEO and co-founders, the CFO will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring financial strength, and shaping the company's future. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance leader with a strong track record in regulated, global organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and governance across global entities.
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic decision-making, investments, and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compensation, and internal controls.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Manage key external relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulators.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ in a senior executive role.
  • Experience in global, regulated financial services firms.
  • CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with proven success leading teams through growth and transformation.
  • Integrity, resilience, and executive presence.
