We are seeking an Associate Scientist I with experience in sensory testing and product evaluation to support our sensory laboratory team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing sensory panels, handling product samples, executing sensory studies, and supporting data collection and organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure testing is conducted accurately, efficiently, and according to scientific principles.

• Conduct and support sensory testing and product evaluations
• Prepare, organize, and present samples for sensory panels
• Assist in designing and running sensory studies
• Collect, record, and organize sensory data
• Ensure proper lab organization, cleanliness, and safety
• Follow experimental design and scientific procedures
• Support basic data analysis and result documentation
• Maintain consistency and accuracy during all testing activities
• ?? Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in sensory science , food testing, or lab work
• Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment
• Educational background in Food Science, Sensory Science, Psychology, Biology, or Chemistry
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with sensory methods (e.g., triangle tests, descriptive analysis)
• Experience with Compusense software is a plus
• Ability to follow scientific procedures and maintain accurate records

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, Psychology, Biology, Chemistry , or a related scientific field.
