A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Support Specialist with Federal / Veterans Affairs Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1-Tier 2 support for applications and infrastructure
Analyze pipeline logs, detect issues, and escalate as necessary
Utilize Salesforce and ticketing tools to manage customer support tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience providing Tier level customer support
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Typescript
Knowledge of APIs, AWS, Kubernetes, CI / CD tools, and GitHub
Experience with Salesforce and associated ticketing tools
