Forklift Operator

ProLogistix is looking for an experienced Reach Truck or Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team in Reno, Nevada. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, safety-minded individual seeking long-term employment with room to grow.

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by handling materials, loading / unloading products, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.

Training Schedule : The first 2 weeks are Monday-Friday, 10AM-6 : 30PM. After training, the schedule will be 7 am to 5 : 30 pm (with 1-2 hours of overtime daily).

Pay : $22 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate a reach truck or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trailers, pallets, and materials.
  • Move, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift experience (Reach or Stand-up)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
