Farmers Insurance District 3504 is a Presidents Council district, and we are led by a dynamic team of professionals. We are seeking a few Commercial Lines Sales Representatives. In the BIA role you would be tasked with the development of relationships with business customers, through-out Texas and potentially, as many as nineteen other states that we consider to be growth states we target. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound commercial leads for businesses in targeted industries
- Quote and bind coverage (BOPs, workers comp, commercial auto, Umbrella, etc.)
- Navigate carrier portals and underwriting for both standard and niche markets
- Educate clients and deliver tailored risk management strategies
- Maintain compliance and clear documentation in CRM systems
- Build lasting relationships for retention and referral business

2+ years of commercial insurance sales experience minimumActive P&C General Lines License in Texas (in good standing) Required and L&H preferredAbility to work independently with minimal training (We will provide the best onboarding and additional training through the University of Farmers)Familiarity with small business markets and underwriting nuances (Know your SIC codes)Comfortable advising across multiple lines and industry verticals
