Shift : Full-time, choice between Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Unit : 50-bed Cardiac Medical Telemetry
Ratio : 6 : 1 (targeting 5 : 1)
Average Patient Stay : 5 days
Patient Population : Chronic cardiac patients (CHF, Afib, Chronic Renal Failure), elderly, and medical admissions not requiring ICU / PCU level of care
On Call : None

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a telemetry unitMonitor and assess cardiac and medical-surgical patients, identifying clinical changes promptlyAdminister medications, document accurately, and respond to patient needsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsEducate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and recovery plansPromote safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the care experienceJob Requirements
Current Florida RN license or multistate compact license (must activate FL license within 60 days)ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferredMinimum 1 year of RN experience required (acute care preferred; LTACH, rehab, or home health considered)Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association requiredStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and service excellence mindset
