Job Description

Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Occupational Therapists in San Fernando Valley, CA and the surrounding areas where you can provide state of the art services to children that help us in Transforming Lives Together!

Pay : $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Position Overview :

Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Occupational Therapist (OT) provides OT services to clients in home and community settings, performing evaluations, therapy, and caregiver training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct home / community therapy and teletherapy sessions.
• Perform developmental, OT, feeding, and sensory evaluations.
• Use standardized assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, Behavioral Analysts).
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and ongoing caregiver training.
• Document progress, collect data, and ensure adherence to privacy policies.
• Supervise COTAs, providing guidance and maintaining service quality.
