Responsibilities :

• Design and manage land development projects from concept through construction-including residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites.
• Prepare grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans compliant with local codes and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, surveyors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
