We are an established, full-service defense litigation law firm headquartered in New York City, with a strong national reputation for excellence in malpractice and negligence defense. We represent major hospital systems, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, managed care organizations, physicians, and other healthcare professionals and institutions nationwide.

As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding into South Florida and seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney or Partner-Level Attorney to play a pivotal role in launching and growing our presence in the region. The firm already has work ready to hand off and is committed to opening a South Florida office to support this growth. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of an exciting expansion with the backing and resources of a well-established firm.
