Description
Education :
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field needed.
- LCSW strongly preferred.
Qualifications :
Understanding of Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing practices.Ability to supervise support staff in a harm-reduction, client-centric environment.Background working with people who have experienced homelessness.Comfortability with working in a multicultural environment, including with those who identify as part of the LGBTQI+ community.Experience providing direct supervision in a clinical / supportive service environment is a plus.Competencies :
Dependable and flexible.Able to keep a high level of client confidentiality.Excellent internal and external customer service skills and strong people skills.Comfortability with treatment approaches that take place in the client’s home.Effective communication skills both verbally and written including the ability to communicate with all levels of management.Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Exemplary time management skills.Ability to collaborate with colleagues to solve problemsWorking Conditions :
