Family Medicine Physician

Exciting

opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician in Northwest Florida to become part

of a well-established FQHC with multiple locations across North Florida. The

organization is dedicated to offering high-quality and affordable medical and

dental care to families. The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for

overseeing proactive care coordination, addressing chronic conditions, and

identifying wellness and preventive services for patients of all ages. Close

collaboration with clinical staff is essential, and the position reports

directly to the site medical director.

Compensation

and Benefits : Guaranteed

salary : $185,000 annually

Bonus

incentives based on patient volumes.

Schedule : 40

hours Per Week

Monday-

Friday : 8 am to 5 pm.

Education / Experience

Qualifications : Graduate

of an approved medical school

Current

resident or completion of an approved residency program

BC

or BE

Licensed

to practice medicine in the State of Florida or ability to obtain one.

New

grads and residents welcomed.

Essential

Skills : Provides

direct medical care to clinic patients, including examination, diagnosis, and

treatment, following established policies and protocols.

Sees

patients of all ages

Meets

with other members of the staff and actively participates in planning and

implementing health service improvements.
