A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading print-on-demand and self-publishing services provider in Raleigh, NC. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone Assist customers with navigating the website, locating orders, and billing Troubleshoot issues related to print-on-demand services and digital publishing Required Qualifications 1+ year of customer support experience (preferably SaaS) Familiarity with helpdesk tools (e.g. FreshDesk) Experience working with internal teams to improve customer experience Some seasonal work to help with book retail during the holiday season
