reports to the VP of Sales is an integral part of our Team Selling Approach, and is responsible for a broad spectrum of pre and post-sales customer and sales support : Responsibilities : Front-line Customer-centric Sales representative comfortable speaking or emailing with Customers from around the globe.Sending quotations / proforma invoices for the standard products to Customers and DistributorsInterfacing regularly with Sales Managers to facilitate new orders and support post-sales activity.Booking orders into Sunex’s orders system.Checking POs for correct Terms and Conditions and verifying pricing and delivery terms with the appropriate Sales Manager.Requesting schedule updates for open orders from Factory and conveying confirmed ship dates and ship date changes to and from Customer“Gatekeeping” responsibilities for online orders and inquiriesMaintenance of customer email “blast” databaseMaintenance of customer newsletter mailing listManagement of “house accounts”Coordination of Distributor ordering and shipping schedules and weekly sync meetingsRequirements : Excellent communication skillsFriendly customer-service orientated attitude / personalityGreat computer skills including Office Suite products including Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc, are required.Minimum 2-3 years customer service or sales background required. 3-5 years CSR or CSM role and experience with a physical [technical] product is preferred.College education in a STEM field is preferredMulti-lingual is a plusExperience with NetSuite and CRM systems are preferredHigh attention to detail and very organized work habits a must
