Family Attorney

We are looking for a passionate Family Law Attorney to join a direct hire firm in Cary, NC. If you are dedicated to advocating for clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, and adoption, we want to hear from you!

Salary : $95 - $130k

Shift : Monday through Friday, hybrid work schedule

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions and settlement agreements
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings
• Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent communication throughout the process
