Key Responsibilities :
- Perform basic component removal and installation on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using soldering irons, hot air stations, and rework tools.
- Use flux, solder wire, solder paste, and desoldering tools to ensure clean and reliable connections.
- Inspect PCBs for cold solder joints, lifted pads, and shorts , ensuring quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation , ensuring compliance with ESD safety protocols.
- Perform basic testing to verify successful installation and identify potential defects.
