Job Qualifications :

• Minimum of three years of culinary / kitchen management experience in a high-volume foodservice operation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and proven passion for culinary excellence.
• Understand quality product standards, visual presentation, and efficient production.
• Strong proficiency in food safety, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication skills with professional effectiveness.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• High School education or equivalent.
• ServSafe, Allergen, and Chokesaver certifications.
