Resolve Surgical Technologies is looking for a 2nd shift or weekend shift CNC Operator to join our team!

POSITION SUMMARY :
CNC Operator – All Levels : represents an entry level position through an advanced level. The CNC Operator will continue to develop technical skills in their assigned areas, further their growth as team contributors, and begin using their experience and technical abilities to demonstrate leadership characteristics . The position requires hands-on experience and growing proficiency of Resolve Surgical’s most complicated processes. This position is critical in helping Resolve Surgical Technologies maximize the number of patients served while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
Shift Options (may vary depending on availability)
- 4 / 10 schedule (6am or 4pm start)
- Weekend
At this time, 4 / 10 - 4pm start and weekend are priority shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES :
CNC Operator – All Levels :
Milling, Turning, & Electrical discharge machining (EDM)Machine parts to specificationsReplace, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine toolsAlign and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machinesMeasure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specificationsMaintain machine tools in proper operational conditionMaintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with Resolve’s safety protocols and OSHA requirements.CNC Operator 1 :
Entry-level positionOperates a limited number of machinesPerforms basic inspectionsCNC Operator 2 : Inclusive of level 1 responsibilities
Intermediate-level positionOperates multiple machine typesPerforms basic set-upsStudy sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering information to determine methods or sequences of operation needed to fabricate products.Operate equipment to verify operations efficiencyInspect work pieces to ensure they are properly lubricated or cooled.Assist with coordinating and conducting training where applicable and neededCNC Operator 3 : Inclusive of level 1 & 2 responsibilities

CNC Operator 1 :
High School diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion or enrollment in the NMU CNC certification program or 1 year of equivalent work experience preferredCNC Operator 2 :
High School diploma or equivalent requiredCompletion or enrollment in the NMU CNC certification program or 2+ years of equivalent work experience preferredCNC Operator 3 :
High School diploma or equivalent requiredRecommended 5+ years of experience of equivalent work experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Technical Competencies
CNC skills (shop math, print reading, locating prints)Intermediate mathematics (manipulating numbers, quantities, shapes, and spaces)Intermediate hand tools (safety and appropriately use hammers, screwdrivers, hacksaws, and other hand tools)Computer skills (Standard Works, following SOP’s, navigating One Drive / Sharepoint, Propel)Fundamental or basic understanding of geometric and dimensional tolerancing (GD&T)Basic to Advanced inspection techniquesBasic to Advanced SAP knowledge / fundamentalsEquipment selection and maintenance knowledgeBeginning computer-aided manufacturing, level 3 only (beginning to understand computer-assisted design programs (e.g. CAD, CAM) and processes / machines (e.g. 5-axis machining, CNC machines, mills, and lathes)).Behavioral & Basic Skill Competencies
