UX Researcher II

We're looking for smart, forward-thinking mid UX researchers in NYC, Seattle or the Bay Area to join our world-class team at Key Lime Interactive!

This is opportunity to drive research. You need to be able to conduct UX research with little to no direction. You must be able to work in a more ambiguous environment, picking which research will work best given the constraints shared with you, and always keeping the ball rolling. If you thrive in an environment where there is constant change and your research matters then this is a good place for you.

You'll be working with teams during the design sprints, hence experience working side-by-side with stakeholders is a must.

You'll need to be experienced in a variety of UX research qualitative and quantitative methods as found on our services page :

• Workflow Discovery / User Requirements Definition / Problem Framing
• Exploratory Research
• Agile UX Design or Participatory Design
• Contextual Inquiries
• Usability Testing (In-Lab and Remote)
• Diary Studies
• Ethnographic Research
• Expert Reviews
• Eye Tracking Focus Group & In-Depth Interviews
• Quantitative Research using tools like Qualtrics, Optimal Sort and Userzoom to conduct Surveys, Tree Tests, Card sorts, competitive online studies, true intents, and more.
