Job Description : About the Role :

Join our team in Northlake, TX, where we produce high-quality coffee products. We’re hiring a Manufacturing Systems Associate, a system-focused role that supports and maintains accurate SAP transactions across production processes. As the primary liaison between the production team and SAP, this role ensures precise tracking of in-process materials—from the dumper to final packaging—with a strong focus on coffee, our highest-value commodity. This position plays a key role in driving inventory integrity.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to :

  • Monitor and validate all SAP transactions related to in-process coffee from receiving through packaging to ensure real-time accuracy and traceability.
  • Lead efforts to resolve SAP and MES transaction discrepancies that may impact MUV, yield, or production reporting.
  • Provide SAP training and day-to-day system support for the production team, serving as a go-to expert for transaction processing.
  • Conduct system audits to detect and resolve variances between MES and SAP, ensuring consistency and integrity of data.
  • Partner closely with production personnel to reinforce best practices and improve transaction compliance.
  • Serve as a key contributor in identifying root causes for inventory discrepancies and recommending preventive solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize production-related SAP master data as needed.
  • Perform routine monitoring and exception reporting to identify and address systemic issues in real time.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives involving systems integration and transaction flow enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Important Details :

  • This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.
  • You’ll fit right in if you have :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, systems analysis, or SAP-based inventory control.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SAP in a production environment, with emphasis on inventory and production transactions.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in a food or CPG environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and support production teams in system-based workflows.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a plant environment.
