Maintain organized filing systems for records, correspondence, and documentation. Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications for internal teams. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders as needed. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial processes. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in office management or administrative support. Knowledge of payroll processing and HR support functions. Familiarity with state and local tax regulations.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly and year-end closings.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and audits.
