As our Assistant Project Manager – Owner’s Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting in the oversight of construction projects, ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing multiple construction projects, ensuring each project adheres to timelines and budget constraints.
- Owner’s Representation : Act as the liaison between property owners, in-house construction teams, and external stakeholders to guarantee client expectations are met.
- Budget & Schedule Oversight : Monitor project costs and schedules, addressing challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance : Ensuring work meets our rigorous quality standards and complies with all building codes and safety regulations.
- Communication & Reporting : Prepare and present regular project updates, maintain detailed records, and facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders.
- Problem Solving : Identify potential issues early on and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
About You
We’re looking for a candidate who :
Experience : Has 2+ years in project or construction management, preferably in multi-family construction or a related field.Detail-Oriented : Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and an eye for quality.Effective Communicator : Communicates clearly and confidently with teams, clients, and stakeholders.Tech-Savvy : Is proficient with project management software, like JobTread and office tools, specifically Google Suite. We are a Mac computer company.Team Player : Thrives in a collaborative environment, embracing a culture of mutual support and continuous learning.Problem Solver : Tackles challenges head-on, ensuring projects stay on track and exceed expectations.Travel Requirement : Is willing to travel up to 20% to visit job sites.
