Responsibilities
HiLine Motors is a small customer focused dealership specializing in luxury pre-owned vehicles. We are looking for a reliable detail oriented Part-time Bookkeeper.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks, etc.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- reconcile bank and credit card statement
- prepare monthly financial report
- Coordinate with our accountant for tax filing and compliance
