Licensed Associate Therapist (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC) – Clinic-Based Role

Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

About the Role :

A community-based behavioral health organization is seeking an Associate-Level Therapist to join their clinic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, case managers, and family support staff—to provide individual therapy, assessments, and case management services for children and youth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and clinical assessments
• Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate care with medical and behavioral health providers
• Provide collateral support and case management services for families
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Serve clients ranging from ages 0–21 with moderate to severe behavioral health needs

Caseload :

Approximately 25–35 clients
