Position : Security Guard
Locations : Sparks, NV 89437
Pay Rate : $23.46 / hour (plus supplemental 7% travel / commute bonus)
Hours / Shifts : 8pm-4am, 4pm-12am, or 12am-8am (position includes weekend shifts, but guaranteed 2 consecutive days off each week)
Duration : Full Time Equivalent (FTE)
Must Haves :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report
- Ability to pass a background and full panel drug test
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience
- Interest or experience in physical security
- Experience with Microsoft suites
- Ability to write / create detailed reports
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The Security Guard is responsible for patrolling and monitoring facilities, controlling access points, maintaining incident logs, writing reports, communicating with staff and customers, escorting tours / vendors, responding to alarms and irregularities, and directing traffic.
