Pay : $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job description : Job Functions

• Diagnosis, maintenance and repair in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting,
• painting, ceiling tiles, drywall repairs, roof repairs, and up keep of buildings and grounds
• inspects and ensures that all vacant spaces are well maintained and secure
• responsible for service contractors, physical plant, major capital projects, and adding value to each asset through cost reduction and efficiency
• bid all projects
• assist in Tenant Improvement supervision
• large capital projects
• tenant relations
• project tracking

JOB REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of commercial properties maintenance

skilled in the care and use of tools and equipment used in the workplace

knowledge of OSHA regulations and the Clean Air Act

ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in busy, time-sensitive environments

ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of subordinates and to instruct them in proper methods and procedures

excellent verbal and written communication skills

excellent customer service
