We are specifically looking for a permanent caregiver to work Saturday & Sunday from 10am-11p for a particular client in the Park City area.  This is for in-home care. Responsibilities of CNA and Caregiver :

Providing personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, transportation and taking vital signs.

Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, including but not limited to : feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
