The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update accurate financial records for multiple real estate properties.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for each property.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate tracking of expenses and income.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with audits and financial inspections as needed.
• Provide support to the accounting team in various financial projects.

Qualifications :

Pay Range : $60,000 to $70,000

If you are hired at RMG Management, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
