Looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? RSP is hiring an experienced Project Architect / Project Captain to join our retail team. You’ll work with well-known clients on a variety of projects – from ground-up builds to remodels – bringing their vision to life through thoughtful, engaging retail spaces. In this role, you’ll lead projects from Schematic Design through construction, handling everything from initial code analysis and design coordination to producing construction documents and coordinating with clients, consultants, permit expediters, contractors, and building officials. We’re a team that values creativity, strong team values, and a good sense of humor. Qualifications :

  • Architectural Degree requiredProfessional Architecture Degree a plusArchitectural registration is a plus
  • Experience working with retail clients preferred
  • 5+ years professional experience in an architecture firm preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit required
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam is a plus

  • Responsibilities include :

  • Aligning the efforts associated with project scope and deliverables
  • Developing and delivering technical design
  • Meeting deadlines on assigned projects
  • Supporting the design process in conjunction with delivering the construction documents
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, consultants and vendors through project work
  • Being a positive representative for the firm within our industry
