Job Summary : The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening long-term relationships with clients in the commercial printing sector. This position serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring that all services and deliverables are executed with precision, efficiency, and in alignment with client expectations. The Client Relations Manager plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, supporting account retention, and fostering business growth.
