Need aggressive self motivators with excellent people skills and good written / verbal communication skills.

Solicit and write new lines of insurance business

Follow consistent processes for :

Quoting policies

Lead Follow up

Application completion

Understand and follow underwriting guidelines

Insure all documents are completed and correct

Manage prospecting campaigns

Stay ahead of company / state required training

A full line of products will be offered (property, casualty, life and health).

It is imperative you gain a working knowledge of the products you'll be selling.

Licensing is a must.  We will assist you in getting licensed if not currently.  Bilingual is preferred but not required.

Would prefer a general understanding of the insurance process, but not required.
