To provide managerial oversight, supervision, training, and leadership to the production division of Your Home Improvement Company, which includes the following primary components :
- Oversee existing crews for multiple locations
- On-board & Manage new crews for multiple locations
- Office Management for multiple locations
- Management of all Production Managers for your locations
Responsibilities
1. OVERSEE INSTALLATIONS FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS : Management of all operational functions.
2. ONBOARD, MANAGE INSTALLATION CREWS & PRODUCTION MANAGERS : All offices will require adequate manpower to fulfill contracts sold by the Sales Department.
If there is a vacancy for a line of products for your Market, communicate with the Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Recruiter to have advertisements posted for the positionFollow up on all leads promptly the day they come in to arrange a meeting in the office to go over project availability, pricing structures, and opportunities to work togetherCommunicate with the Director of Production for training in Saint Cloud as necessaryFor new and consistent installers, facilitate schedules with the Scheduling Department to ensure appropriately timed jobs to establish a lucrative working relationship with the installers.Utilize available I360 reports to determine available jobs and to ensure jobs that should have been completed are turned in promptlyManage and maintain appropriate service levels for all aspects of operations DocuSign Envelope ID : F418BC1D-CD03-4903-BE09-F77AFEA531823. OFFICE MANAGEMENT : Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area for products and supplies. Order additional stock supplies for crew pick-up in advance of jobs.
Unload material deliveries, check in product, submit delivery paperwork to the Receiving departmentExterior products : studs, shims, White coil / caulk, spray foam, brickmouldInterior products : moisture resistant sheetrock, studs, OSB, spray foamCall in dumpster removal promptly as necessaryKeep load area neat, clean, and free of debrisOrganize return materials and communicate with the Warehouse / Delivery Department to ensure a prompt pickupReview I360 reports and establish a dialogue with your Sales department to address any pertinent hold reasons promptly4. All other Duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction / remodeling industryExperience with complex schedulingExcellent attention to detailWord processing and spreadsheet skillsAbility to develop and establish good interpersonal relationshipsGreat phone etiquette and verbal / writing skillsFlexibility & adaptability, ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAlso, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes medical / dental / vision / disability coverage, 401(k), flex spending account and more.
