Responsibilities Provide direct, continuous care to patients requiring stepdown or progressive care-level support. Perform frequent assessments and respond to rapid changes in patient status. Manage cardiac drips, ventilators, and other complex therapies safely and effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and discharge plans. Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and recovery care. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
