Translate technical requirements for non-technical leaders; align vendors, internal teams, and sponsors; keep status, risks, and decisions visible Lead vendor development call preparation (clear requirements, visuals) and escalation paths for project-related items; integrate incident learnings into project plans (not day-to-day break / fix ownership). Apply PM best practices to streamline execution; promote improvements that enhance efficiency across technical and business teams. Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) Project Planning, Scoping, and Scheduling Risk and Change Management Process Improvement and Workflow Optimization Performance Metrics and Reporting Cross-Functional Collaboration Stakeholder Communication and Negotiation Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 35 years of experience in project management. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools Healthcare domain experience (EMR, revenue cycle, clinical operations) Preferred Cloud(Azure / AWS / GCP) and hybrid environment familiarity, identity / secure exposure

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that align with organizational goals and requirements. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager plays a critical role in driving project success by ensuring execution excellence, mitigating risks, and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Governance
- Define project scope, success criteria, timelines and resources in alignment with organizational priorities;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish project cadences, executive readouts, and change control; manage risks and implement corrective actions.
- Document workflows, requirements, test plans, and lessons learned to improve future execution.
