What you’ll do as a Senior Investigator
Conduct investigations into claims of potential harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct and / or potential violations of company policiesCommunicate recommendation and guidance on appropriate corrective actions based on investigation resultsProvide investigations, findings and summaries to senior leadershipConduct various data analysis on complaints and related metrics, monitoring for patterns and trends to identify areas of concernDraft, proof and finalize documents ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy / legal requirementsPartner with internal stakeholders including leadership, legal, and others when appropriateUtilize comprehensive and in-depth employee relations expertise to assess credibility and provide guidance and recommendations for the organizationMaintain accurate and confidential records of investigations, findings, and resolutions.Lead continuous improvement of processes and protocols to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in handling employee relations issues.Other duties as assignedWhat you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companySeeking someone in PST or MST time zone preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldBilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish / English7+ years of professional experience handling internal workplace investigationsIn depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws including but not limited to; FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII, etc.Strong project management, analytical, fact-finding and evidence gathering skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationAbility to exercise a sense of urgency handling multiple cases / prioritiesAbility to travel as requiredAdditional qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace softwarePHR / SPHR or SHRM CP or SCP certificationStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual, English / Spanish)Ability to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment with diverse, geographically dispersed teamsWhy work with us
