What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day coordination of all on-site construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to keep the project on schedule and within budget
- Drive uncompromising quality control and job site safety standards
- Oversee scheduling, inspections, and compliance with all specifications
- Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress to keep work flowing
- Ensure subcontractors deliver flawlessly on scope, safety, and performance
