We are hiring a Project Manager (Recruitment Operations) to act as the central execution engine across all internal hiring and recruitment operations initiatives. This role manages 60+ active requisitions, 78 concurrent internal recruitment projects, and cross-team initiatives that require high clarity, precision, and rapid follow-through.
You will partner closely with leadership to streamline operations, escalate blockers early, maintain momentum across all workstreams, and bring discipline to reporting and project execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages complex workloads with ease, and ensures projects never stall.
