What We Need :

The Marketing Project Manager is a leading performer that manages marketing projects and processes specifically focused on new product launch. This role oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget as well as consistently meeting high-quality standards.

What You'll Do :

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Teams, Marketing, and Sales Teams to ensure alignment on project goals & deliverables
• Schedule & lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews to keep stakeholders informed & engaged
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of product launch projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
• Allocate and manage resources, including team members, vendors, and budget, to ensure project success
• Identify and address resource constraints or gaps to maintain project momentum
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to secure necessary services and materials
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among cross-functional teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Perform other duties as needed
