Position Summary
The Monitor Technician ensures early detection of cardiac arrhythmias or other rhythm abnormalities and promptly communicates changes in patient status to the healthcare team. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in recognizing and reporting cardiac rhythms, and the ability to manage multiple patients' telemetry data simultaneously.

Must pass Rhythm Test with grade of 84% or higher. If grade is below 84%, individual must take Orlando Health's basic ECG course and pass the exam within 60 days.
Must take Orlando Health's basic ECG course and complete the Rhythm Test within 60 days with a pass rate of 84% or higher.
